Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of the Sustainable Fashion Made Easy Guide are final upon download or access.

No Refunds After Download

Once you have downloaded or accessed your PDF workbook, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy.

Before You Buy

We encourage you to:

Review the product description, preview images, and any sample pages available

Ensure your device can open and read PDF files

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in these circumstances:

Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent you from downloading the product, we'll first work to resolve the issue. If we can't fix it, we'll issue a refund.
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we'll refund the duplicate charge.
Non-Delivery: If you haven't received access to your product within 24 hours of purchase, contact us for a resolution or refund.

Regional Consumer Rights

EU/UK Customers: By downloading the digital product, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) as set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Australian Customers: You have consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If we fail to deliver the major benefit of the product, you may be entitled to a refund.
